As a CPA with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, I have overseen the accounting, finance, and financial/SEC reporting functions of growing and innovative technology, biotech, and staffing companies. I have worked with publicly traded companies, private companies, and PE backed companies. I have extensive experience in managing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls, as well as providing strategic guidance and leadership to the executive team and the board of directors. I hold active CPA licenses in Colorado and Ohio and I hold memberships in the AICPA, IMA, COCPA, and OSCPA.
